It is great to be working alongside Sally at The Space, whom I have known for over a decade. Sally helped out when I was delivering well-being running retreats. My holistic approach fits well with The Space’s ethos.
I have been working with people for the last fifteen years, helping them achieve their fitness and well-being goals. I like to understand the person, their lifestyle, interests, challenges, and barriers. This means we can set realistic goals to ensure that every session has a real purpose and a strong outcome.
I have supported a wide variety of people, from explorers, ballet dancers, and teachers to builders, helicopter pilots, and professional athletes. My approach incorporates principles and practices in balance, core strength, weight training, suspension training, and dynamic movement. It depends on the individual’s needs and aspirations.
