Start your mornings with movement, mindfulness, and connection—all from the comfort of your own home. Our Zoom yoga classes are designed to energize your body and calm your mind, helping you start your day with balance and focus.

Class Details:

  • Days: Every Wednesday and Friday
  • Time: 7:15 AM – 8:15 AM
  • Cost: £10.00 per session or £60.00 per month

These online classes are suitable for those with prior yoga experience and bring the convenience of yoga directly to your space. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or find a moment of calm in your week, this practice is a wonderful way to support your well-being.

Important Information for Zoom Yoga Classes
To ensure a safe and effective practice, it’s important that I can see you clearly during our Zoom sessions. Please position your device so your entire body is visible while practicing. This allows me to guide you and provide feedback as needed.

While these classes are best suited for those with some prior experience in yoga, I also offer Beginners’ Yoga Classes at The Space in Shaftesbury. These in-person sessions are designed to help you build a strong foundation, giving you the confidence to easily progress.
